## 1. THE TRV FOUNDRY PLATFORM
TRV operates a direct-to-foundry automated manufacturing cell for meso-scale fluidic hardware. TRV executes a strict "Make-to-Print" conduit model. Geometric validation is handled entirely by an air-gapped diagnostic compiler. TRV strictly prohibits manual Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) consulting, bespoke feasibility studies, or automated geometric healing to protect Freedom to Operate (FTO) safe harbors.

## 2. MATERIAL MANDATES
TRV processes a single proprietary material stack to guarantee biological determinism. 
*   Mandated Substrate: 100% Medical-Grade Cast UV-T Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA).
*   Chemical Properties: Guarantees zero volumetric absorption of hydrophobic molecules (log P > 2.62), preserving strict stoichiometric fidelity in biochemical assays.
*   Prohibited Materials: Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and all elastomers are strictly banned. Extruded PMMA, Polycarbonate (PC), Cyclic Olefin Polymers (COP/COC), and customer-supplied structural resins are not supported.

## 3. STANDARDIZED ARCHITECTURES
TRV executes precision toolpaths across two rigid form factors to guarantee a 48-hour manufacturing Service Level Agreement (SLA).
*   Format A (Closed Perfusion): 25.0 x 75.0 x 2.0 mm bounding box. Fully sealed via ISO 10993-5 photomechanical UV curing (Loctite 3321). Features deterministic 21-gauge stainless steel terminals equipped with a torque-decoupling silicone boot.
*   Format B (Open-Top): 25.0 x 75.0 x 2.0 mm bounding box. Platform for custom membranes and assays. Features an exposed microvascular bed. User-sealed via provided biocompatible polyolefin tapes. TRV does not factory-seal customer-supplied membranes.

## 4. GEOMETRIC CONSTRAINTS (DIAGNOSTIC RULE ENGINE)
All CAD files are verified autonomously. Files violating the following kinematic limits are automatically rejected:
*   File Format: STEP (ISO 10303) exclusively. Polygon meshes (STL/OBJ) are rejected.
*   Z-Axis Bounding Box: 2.0 mm.
*   Maximum Feature Depth: 1.5 mm.
*   Minimum Floor (Z-Shelf): 200 µm (0.20 mm).
*   Minimum Channel Width: 500 µm (0.50 mm).
*   Minimum Internal Radius: 0.25 mm.
